Volunteers required

Volunteer fans are set on getting the ground into shape starting with painting the barriers on the terracing.

Work started last week and is continuing again this Sunday. If you’d like to help get in touch by emailing Mark at pettigrm@aol.com. Work starts this Sunday between 9.30 and 10am and there will be other opportunities to get involved.

Thanks to all who helped last week.

South Ayrshire Foodbank

Ayr United FC are, again, delighted to support South Ayrshire Foodbank.

South Ayrshire Foodbank is part of The Trussell Trust’s UK-wide foodbank network providing emergency food and support to local people in crisis.

We had two ‘drop offs’ last season that were very successful and showed the generosity of The Honest Men and Bonnie Lassies of Ayr.

South Ayrshire Foodbank were delighted with the amount of food donated on those occasions.

So again, we are asking our loyal fans, Directors, staff and players to help us in our campaign to
support this worthwhile organisation.

This Saturday at the Cowdenbeath game there will crates provided at all of the turnstiles to give supporters the chance to donate non-perishable food as per the list below:

MILK (UHT)

SUGAR

FRUIT JUICE (long-life cartons)

Tins of: SOUP, PASTA SAUCES,TOMATOES, SPONGE PUDDING, RICE PUDDING,MEAT, FISH, FRUIT, STEWS

CEREALS

TEA BAGSS

INSTANT COFFEE

RICE

PASTA

JAM

BISCUITS or SNACK BARS.

Please donate whatever you can, so we can show South Ayrshire Foodbank and the people it helps

our tremendous ‘Super Ayr’ support.

Thank you
