The Hospitality Suite at Ayr United Football Club is an ideal venue for your company's seminars or conferences. Centrally located with ample parking, our facility offers a professional arena together with in-house catering and a flexible approach to your conference needs.
The conference area can comfortably accommodate up to 140 people 'theatre style' or 60 people 'classroom style'. The internal area can be re-structured to house a main meeting area together with room for 'break-out' groups.
Parking at the Hospitality Suite is no problem and the fact that our catering facilities are on-site means that there is no need to leave the conference as food can be served directly to the delegates.
The feedback we receive following hospitality at Somerset Park inevitably enthuses about the quality of the meals that we serve and Catering Manager Lynne Martin has a reputation for "getting it right". This quality is now available to local businesses that want an external conference or meeting facility at a sensible price.
All tables are set out with bottled water, lime cordial and mints. Flip Charts, Projectors, TV and Video are all available on request.
