Come and support the Honest Kids Football Club!

Ayr United Football Academy, Ayr United Football Club and Boots are teaming up this Saturday and Sunday to raise funds to provide strips for the Honest Kids Football Club.

The HKFC is a Children in Need funded football club for children with disabilities and additional support needs, run by AUFA.

Boots pharmacy have come on board to help support the kids and help get them kitted out in Ayr United football strips for next year’s football activities.

Saturday – Ayr Central – 12pm to 2pm

There will be a gift wrapping station manned by Boots volunteers and a Beat the Goalie competition. But not any old Beat the Goalie because we have Pudsey the Bear and Ayr United FC mascot, Pandamonium, as the goalies! Kids can try and score against the 2 bears to win themselves a free ticket for that afternoon’s big match – Ayr United v Dundee United at Somerset Park. With 50 tickets up for grabs, there’s plenty of reasons to come down and support this great cause!

Sunday – Boots, Ayr High Street – 12pm to 2pm

Again, Boots staff will be on hand in-store to provide a gift wrapping service. And again, Pudsey and Panda will be there to be the goalies! This time we have 50 kids tickets up for grabs for the Christmas Eve match at Somerset Park between Ayr United and Dumbarton.

All proceeds will go to the Honest Kids Football Club.

AUFA would like to give a huge thank you to Boots, for organising this weekend’s events, and to Ayr United FC for giving us the use of Panda and providing tickets to AUFC games. Cheers!

We hope that you can come down, join in the fun, and help support an amazing group of young people!
